Pops to Martin - Texting is not good enough
It’s amazing how texting had been part of the Filipino culture. It’s nice to use the text facility to communicate with your loved ones. However, it’s essential that you discuss things through either over the phone and/or in person when dealing with serious matters as miscommunication or misinterpretation can happen. This is true in the case of Pops Fernandez. She stated that “Martin is the type who never calls and just would send you long messages… Texting kasi is so impersonal. Sometimes kasi when you text, okay yung tone mo, pero yung nakakabasa sa kabilang side, iba na yung tone. Sometimes, that’s where a lot of misunderstanding happens… Kumbaga, nagkaroon kami ng samaan ng loob because everything was done through texting. Siguro, mga isang beses lang ako hindi nakasagot sa kanya.”
