Another twist unfolded on Sunday night’s episode of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 just after the 4 nominees for eviction were announced. Toni Gonzaga, the main host of the reality show, was informed by Big Brother that she will be a houseguest inside the house effective immediately.
