It wasn’t a bomb explosion - the blast from Glorietta 2 on October 19. This was the conclusion of bomb experts from United States (FBI), Australia (Australian Federal Police) and Israel. The foreign bomb experts from the said 3 countries assisted the local investigators in finding out the cause of the explosion in Makati City which killed 11 people and inured 120 others. Their statements bolstered police theory that the incident was a result of industrial failure and not a terrorist attack.
