Sonny Barios is the new PBA commissioner

The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has a new commissioner. He is Sonny Barrios, who was the officer-in-charge.

Barios, who was the league’s executive director before turning OIC, will hold the post until 2009. He replaces Noli Eala, who served for four years and resigned in August last year.
