According to Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or PCSO, a Luzon bettor wins the nearly P250M super lotto 6/49 jackpot prize. Not only did the bettor won the prize alone, it is absolutely tax free. Apparently, this is the highest prize to be awarded in the history of Philippine Lotto.
