The depreciation of US dollar is something that a lot of overseas Filipino worker or OFW had been completely disappointed of. Some even commented that their reduced income, when converted to Pesos, were further worsened by strengthening of the Philippine currency. It was indeed a big issue both from the OFW and those who receive remittances in the Philippines.
