Rosanna Roces hit the big news again. Rosanna Roces was caught absolutely furious by the gma news crew. Osang went really berserk when she realised she was being filmed. The root of the issue was the alleged failure of the off track betting or OTB staff to punched in her winning number. Hence she did not get the prized money amounting to P 20,000.00.
