Chili Eating Contest in Legazpi

There was a recent Chili pepper eating contest held in Legazpi City. This just reminded me of our househelp in the past who grew up in Albay, Legazpi. My parents thought she was a fantastic cook. They loved it when she prepares their Albay specialty dish - I shall update this post when I’ve got the name. You can watch the video coverage of the contest here:
It’s quite impressive that some people have big tolerance to eating extremely hot and spicy food. But I must admit, I’m not a big fan of anything hot, are you?
